Prior to founding Influence in 2010, Rob excelled in the real estate and relocation industry for nearly a decade. He is an active member of several organizations, such as the Employee Relocation Council and Corporate Alliance. Rob also sits on the board for Junior Achievement and Hale Centre Theatre and serves as president for one of the boards on the Intermountain Research and Medical Foundation for Intermountain Healthcare.
As a tenured member of the relocation industry, Dee has earned multiple awards for her outstanding performance. In addition to her experience, she has earned CRP and Government Certified designations.
Brett has significant experience in both the corporate world and as an entrepreneur. After graduating from Brigham Young University with a Masters Degree in Accounting and Information Systems, he worked for Arthur Andersen Consulting implementing software solutions for complex business requirements. Following his time as a consultant, he followed his dream of real estate and stock market investing. Whether it is in consulting, real estate or investing, he has always worked to provide solutions that are beneficial for everyone involved. He was born and raised in Arizona and currently lives there with his wife and 2 children.
Shawn has been in the real estate industry since 1999 and has extensive personal and professional experience with cross-country and international relocations. She is credentialed as an NCA Certified Concierge and is a member of the National Concierge Association.
Kristen has over 20 years of marketing and hospitality experience. She's worked in the real estate industry for 7 years and enjoys assisting clients in the home buying process. Kristen is a member of the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council.
Renee began her real estate career in 2002 and joined Nathan Grace Real Estate in 2014 bringing an intricate knowledge of the buying and selling process, keen organizational skills and great attention to detail. Since joining the Influence Relocation team, Renee has used her extensive knowledge of the area to provide relocation clients with exceptional service, synonymous with the Influence brand. She is a lifelong resident of the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, which thoroughly enhances her knowledge of the market place. Renee works tirelessly to provide every available resource necessary to ensure her clients can make the best, most informed decision when both buying and selling. Renee maintains an unsurpassed commitment to customer service, which is evident in her growing business.
Before moving to Minnesota in 2014, Casey lived in several cities across the country. Based on her personal and professional experience, she is acutely aware of the needs and nuances of individuals who are relocating. Casey is passionate about helping individuals successfully navigate the relocation process and is committed to providing exceptional customer care. Casey is a licensed real estate agent and is completing her training with the National Concierge Association. She shares the Influence vision of giving back to the community and volunteers with multiple local organizations. Casey is delighted to represent the Influence Relocation Settling-in Services team as the concierge for the Minneapolis/St. Paul area
Kate has earned multiple awards for sales, training and content creation since she started her career in 2002. She graduated from BYU’s executive MBA program with honors in 2008. Kate is happy to serve as the Settling-in Services Concierge for Atlanta, where she now lives.
