Salt Lake County
Rob’s enthusiasm for real estate and his commitment to raising the bar in the industry inspired him to found Influence Real Estate in 2010. He moved to Utah from his hometown of Fairfax, VA in 1992 to attend Utah Valley University where he studied Business Management. After several years as a Marketing Sales Manager for Marriott International, Rob earned his real estate license in 2002. Since then, he has earned a loyal following of private and corporate clients and has successfully collaborated with organizations around the world to meet their relocation needs. Rob’s passion is in creatively marketing high-end, luxury properties and he has established himself as a trendsetter in this niche market. He also thrives on finding ways to exceed the expectations of those he serves.
Gaynell spent 20 years in the teaching profession after receiving a degree in education with a minor in psychology. This background created an easy gateway into real estate, where she has spent the last 24 years not only helping her clients realize their real estate dreams, but educating them in the sometimes complex processes involved. She works tirelessly to provide in depth information on each transaction so her clients can make the best, most informed decision when buying or selling. Add to that her love of people and commitment to providing the very best in customer service, and it’s apparent why Gaynell’s business thrives on referrals.
Gaynell has received many awards and achievements in real estate, her most recent awards are Coldwell Banker’s prestigious “President’s Premier” and “Top 10 Individuals” for the last three years running. She was recognized in the 2012 Top Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Real Estate Professionals ranking 184th in individual production. Due to her outstanding knowledge of the field and natural ability to teach, she also trains agents from all levels of experience, helping them cultivate new skills, increase client satisfaction, and balance personal and business life. Her “can do” attitude, sunny outlook, and myriad of experience make her a perfect addition to the Influence family.
Born and raised in the beautiful state of Utah, Ashlee comes to us with a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry, giving her a unique perspective into the financial aspect of real estate. Her real passion, however, is for people. She delights in offering an excellence in customer service she feels is becoming a lost commodity. Her strong work ethic, along with her enthusiasm and team spirit, make her a charming asset to Influence Real Estate. Ashlee is excited to join the Influence family and looks forward to meeting you!
Kerry is an accomplished Real Estate Broker, CPA and Estate Planner with over 30 years of professional experience. Kerry has served in a variety of capacities such as Vice President of Finance for specialty retail organizations, a public accountant, and a Board Member of the UACPA. To add to his experience, he has a variety of credentials including CFP, AEP, CLU, ChFC, CDFA, GRI, and SFR. His vast understanding of market conditions and extensive experience make him a valued member of the Influence Real Estate team.
Carolyn has been in real estate since 1985, specializing in the relocation industry for over 16 years. She has extensive experience, including her roles as Relocation Director for GMAC’s Utah franchise as well as Mansell & Associates. Carolyn has also earned numerous achievement awards recognizing her superior performance as a Realtor. She earned her Certified Relocation Professional designation from the Employee Relocation Council, Inc.. She is an active member of RDC, ERC and the Intermountain Relocation Council. Carolyn does business with integrity, professionalism, and expertise.
With fine art degrees in Graphic Design and Ballet, Rachel has a finely attuned creative skill set. Her career experience spans the gamut from brand creation to content marketing to social media account management. She has a commitment to consistently outwitting and outworking the competition through compelling writing, stunning imagery, and dashes of wit. When she’s not working, you can find her with her camera in hand on a mountain trail.
Kate has eleven years professional experience in pharmaceutical, leadership training, and adult learning organizations. She is a graduate of BYU’s Executive MBA program with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Management Communications. In addition to her role at Influence Real Estate, Kate teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Utah Valley University in the Management Department where she earned the Woodbury School of Business Adjunct Faculty Excellence Award.
Leslie’s industry experience, both as an agent and as an office manager of a brokerage, has given her an in-depth understanding of the real estate process. She is extremely organized and is skilled at managing complicated transactions, which helps ensure smooth transitions for her clients. Leslie enjoys taking time to share her knowledge about the real estate industry with others so they can make wise decisions for themselves. She shares in the enthusiasm of those she serves as they make progress toward accomplishing their real estate goals.
Shawn grew up in Oregon, but settled in among the mountains of Utah Valley in 2004. She transitioned from a career in interior design to real estate in 2008 and has since developed an expertise in helping establish successful offices across the Wasatch Front. Shawn joined the Influence team in 2012 as the Executive Systems Administrator and was promoted to Settling-In Services Concierge in 2013.
As someone who has moved many times across the country and internationally, Shawn understands the demands and stressors that individuals and families experience during the relocation process. Her purpose is to assist the Influence Relocation Services clients throughout their moves to help ensure a smooth transition. Shawn’s friendly demeanor and attention to detail allow her to help individuals gain confidence in their decision to move and settle in quickly to their new surroundings.
A native of Ogden, Utah, Lori has extensive experience in the Utah real estate and relocation market. She attended Weber State University before settling in the Salt Lake City area in 1987 and began working in the industry in 1989. Prior to joining Influence Real Estate in 2011, Lori sold franchises for an international real estate company and enjoyed a successful career as a sales agent in the Salt Lake Valley market. She later served as the Vice President of Corporate Relocation for the largest real estate firm in Utah and the Director of Relocation for Prudential Utah Real Estate. Lori is a member of the Employee Relocation Council and is currently Director of Events for the Intermountain Relocation Council.
A resident of Utah since 1982, Travis has a very diverse background in the Utah Real Estate industry. He began his career graduating from the Local #312 Sheet Metal Workers Union. He continued managing construction projects and related trades until 2003 when he made the switch to selling Real Estate full time. Travis has consistently achieved top sales awards due to his hard work ethic, directed several educational committees and possesses a continued desire to obtain as much education as possible. Travis’ vast knowledge of the industry from the ground up makes him a valuable asset. Travis holds several national accredited designations including, CRS, ABR, E-PRO and SFR
Zach’s entrepreneurial upbringing, economics education at the University of Utah and lifelong love for real estate help him take a very comprehensive approach to the process of buying and selling a home. Zach has a keen understanding of budgeting and the investment aspect of real estate and is skilled at assessing the true value of properties while his love for architecture and design help him envision the potential homes have to offer. His approachable personality allows him to communicate his vast market knowledge to educate clients and aid them in making the best decision possible. All of these attributes make Zach an ideal resource when it comes to buying or selling a home.
Born in Utah, and raised in Wyoming, Scott is a down to earth guy with a great love for the West and all that it has to offer. Scott has 7 years of experience in the various sides of real estate. He originally worked for a non-profit organization that focused it’s work with builders and mortgage brokers to benefit the lives of less fortunate families. From there, he was recruited by a national builder and has been in real estate sales ever since. This experience lead him to develop talents in design, remodel budgeting and staging amongst other things that truly benefit his clients. In his free time you’ll find Scott hanging with his golden retriever on a trail and usually somewhere with water. He has a zeal for life that is contagious!
Donna obtained her real estate license in 2000 and became an active full-time Realtor in 2005. Donna specializes exclusively in residential real estate in the greater Salt Lake County area. Friends often tell her she eats, sleeps and breathes real estate. Donna is an expert at understanding what buyers want and need in a home, and matching buyers to the perfect local city. Relocations and referrals make up the largest part of her business. Donna is one of the exclusive agents with the University of Utah Partners in Medicine relocation program and helps many doctors transition to Utah every year. Donna is also focused and intent on helping sellers get the most money humanly possible out of the sale of homes. She feels communication and realistic expectations are the key to success.
Before real estate, Donna was a marketing and communications specialist. She has worked in the newspaper, mortgage and healthcare industries. Donna is from Detroit, Michigan, but has proudly called Utah home since 1996. She, her husband and son enjoy taking their dog everywhere — as well as reading, gardening, skiing, hiking and boating. She is also active in her local church community and assists many local Pastors in their moves. Each client is truly an honor.

Before starting her career in real estate in 2004, Laurie ran her own successful advertising firm. She uses the unique set of skills she learned during her time in sales and marketing to benefit her clients at Influence Real Estate. Having lived in Utah for most of her life, she is knowledgeable about the nuances of each area along the Wasatch Front. She also has experience working with urban developers in the downtown Salt Lake City market. Laurie loves attending to the individual needs of each of her clients, whether they are buying or selling a property. She has a knack for listening carefully to the needs of those she serves and building positive relationships to achieve success.
Matthew’s eclectic background in corporate service and sales has helped him develop a strong skill set to assist his clients in the buying and selling process. With the Golden Rule as his guide, Matthew strives to create lasting relationships while working diligently to get optimum results for those he serves. He was born in Utah and is very knowledgeable about the different markets along the Wasatch Front. After raising her own family locally and living in Salt Lake County and Utah County, Janet has an in-depth knowledge of the Wasatch Front. As an owner/builder and real estate buff prior to launching her career in the industry, Stephanie offers a unique perspective to her clients. After earning her real estate license in 2006, Stephanie capitalized on her background in customer service, which taught her to be adept at listening carefully to uncover underlying needs. Annie is a tenured real estate agent with over a decade of industry experience and seven years experience working with a variety of homebuilders. She specializes in helping families move in and out of homes along the Wasatch Front, particularly in Salt Lake, Northern Utah, and Southern Davis Counties. As a Utah native who currently lives in Riverton, Annie has witnessed the amazing growth of this area and is well acquainted with each of the local communities. Her business degree from Utah State University and her enthusiasm for what she does make Annie a fantastic resource for each of the clients she serves.
Amber has been actively involved with the real estate industry in a variety of capacities for many years. She has had an active mortgage license since 2004, remodeled and built several homes with an emphasis on green design, and coordinated one of Utah’s largest sustainable building and design conferences. As a member of the Influence team, Amber is working toward her eco-broker certification and looks forward to working with “green” builders and designers. She is also heavily involved in serving the Utah art and non-profit communities and has raised more than $4,000,000 to support organizations such as the Utah Arts Festival, Utah Federation for Youth, the Recycling Coalition of Utah and many other local organizations. Amber’s unique niche and extensive experience make her a valuable resource to her clients, community and team.
Debbie brings to Influence a diverse career from which she’s become an expert in many fields. Her vast experience covers working in the fashion industry as a buyer, being a sales account executive in New York, an adjunct professor of design at USU and Bangkok, Thailand, and an interior designer. As you can imagine her interest and progression into the real estate industry was a natural one as she loves making a house a home, and enjoys the challenge of finding her clients the perfect fit. She believes exemplary customer service, hard work, perseverance, patience, and active listening are all key in making her client’s real estate experience pleasant and rewarding.
Reed has been an investor of commercial and residential real estate for the last fourteen years, and during this time has greatly enjoyed assisting friends and family members navigate the process of acquiring the home of their dreams. His transition into a real estate career therefore, has been a natural one, and is excited to be partnering with an award-winning brokerage to leverage his business.

Sheryl’s compassionate nature is the result of 19 years of Nursing. Her expertise in real estate hails from a passion to learn, and a genuine enjoyment in serving others. Since then she’s earned numerous awards, including being acknowledged for Distinguished Service, and has consistently ranked in the top 4% of Realtors in the country. Her husband of 40 years worked for 25 of those in the military, so Sheryl knows firsthand how to help military families find and sell their homes. Having traveled and moved extensively and experiencing different cultures, she understands the loneliness and stress associated with a move. Alan is native to Utah, and stands behind the states’ emphasis on strengthening family. In fact, he has served as President for a statewide support organization, as well as Chairman of various national committees dedicated to the support of families. He loves building lifelong relationships, and his passion for people, mingled with a career in Customer Service and Management and a background in Architecture and Interior Design, made his path into Real Estate a logical choice!
A realtor since 2007, Alan is a consistent award winner, and proven negotiator. With a team of professionals backing him in his quest for excellence, and a network of relationships within the industry at his fingertips, he is qualified to make your buying or selling experience simple – even fun!
In his spare time Alan enjoys such pursuits as oil painting, repurposing old furniture, ballroom dancing, and writing short stories.
Like many transplants before him, Michael was quickly smitten with the Utah’s natural beauty and seemingly endless outdoor adventures. A welcome therapy to the cabin fever and 80+hour workweeks he experienced while living in New York City, he hasn’t looked back! Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in economics from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan Business School.
Michael got his start in real estate on the investor side, but quickly realized his strong background in tax, legal and financial matters gave him much to offer traditional homebuyers and sellers. Now with 10+ years of experience in Utah real estate, he delights in advising clients, from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors, on the nuances and intricacies of real estate. Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Jerry knows and loves the area. He finds joy in helping his clients achieve home ownership, taking the time to find exactly the right fit, at the right price. Jerry has a vast knowledge of the home building industry, having owned a home building company for 24 years. In fact, 30 years of his career has been spent building homes. Add to this almost three decades of selling real estate, and you’ve got one knowledgeable realtor in your corner! Jerry understands the building process from drawing plans to completion, which allows him to find you quality construction within your price bracket.
Jerry took up mountain biking last year, and loves spending time biking, four wheeling, and enjoying other outdoor activities with his family.
Michelle has a keen interest in homes. Growing up her father was a builder, and her brother and spouse are both in the trade, so she’s had a lot of exposure to the business. As such, she enjoys keeping up with the latest home styles and trends. Almost twenty years ago she started her own business in new construction cleaning, and while doing so formed ongoing relationships with several renowned building companies in the Salt Lake area. She believes that having her toes firmly dipped in construction made it easy to jump right into the real estate pool once her youngest child started kindergarten. Michelle connects easily with people, and quickly builds a rapport based on mutual understanding and respect. She is thrilled for the opportunity to match clients with their dream property, understanding the importance of family, and the commitment it takes to build a home within bricks and mortar! She comes to Influence with energy, enthusiasm, and an assurance that she will put her clients first, providing first-class service with the warmth of someone who cares!
Wendy hails from the Golden State, and graduated from California State University-Fullerton with a degree in English. While in Southern California she worked for a developer and managed properties, becoming interested in real estate. In fact, homes have always held a fascination for her, and she particularly enjoys the remodeling aspect, creating space that’s practical, functional, and comfortable. She feels a home should be a sanctuary, and works hard to find a fit that addresses her clients wants and needs, at a price point they can comfortably afford.
Wendy has been happily married for 16 years to an engineer –which she jokingly states, “takes real people skills”, and enjoys the 4 beautiful children they’ve raised together. She loves Utah for its myriad of outdoor activities.
Brent began his career in nonprofit work after receiving his Bachelor Degree in business marketing from the University of Utah. He worked as Director of Development for the Utah Symphony until 1996 when he changed his career to real estate development. He owned Princeton Development, LLC, which specialized in land development with a specific focus on residential subdivisions. Mr. Lange resides in Salt Lake City with his wife Laura and their two boys, Gardner and Nicholas. He enjoys being with family and just about any activity in the outdoors. He believes volunteer work, in working on behalf of young people and spends a great deal of his time serving on boards as an advocate for young people.
Kenna Wagner joins the Utah County Team with 13 years of experience in real estate under her belt. She understands real estate is a full-time profession that requires working around you, the client, and your busy schedule, and is committed to making your real estate needs top priority. She works closely as a team with her husband Mike, ensuring you receive the attention you deserve. He is a licensed broker with a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in facilities management and a master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Utah. Joe is dedicated to building and maintaining lifelong relationships through exceptional customer service and hard work. He specializes in helping those he works with achieve their real estate goals and he measures his success by their satisfaction and referrals. Joe has won multiple awards for his production and outstanding customer service.
Sara moved from England to Utah in 1992 and along with the accent, brings a wealth of management and clerical experience to Influence Real Estate. She has managed sales and marketing teams in the health supplement business, run a care facility for the elderly, managed an exclusive five star hotel on the beautiful shores of Loch Awe, Argyll, Scotland, and worked as a freelance writer for the health and beauty industry. Sara is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is an exciting addition to the Influence team!
Tiffany comes from a background in entrepreneurial business, along with several years of experience in Internet marketing and real estate education. Recently, Tiffany served as the executive director for the Utah Chapter of Community Associations Institute (UCCAI), a nonprofit dedicated to educating homeowners living in home owner associations, where she also enjoyed instructing realtors.
Tiffany has lived in Utah for over 15 years and loves showing homes in such a breathtaking setting. Her attention to detail and her sincere concern for her clients help her stand out, as well as her extensive knowledge of the area. She joined the team at Influence Real Estate after discovering the premier services and tools they offer and the way they care for their clients. Julie is an award-winning realtor who is committed to excelling in her field. She prides herself on guiding her clients through the home buying and selling process in a way that is thorough, professional, and personalized to each individual’s needs. One of her specialties is helping investors with their real estate goals and she utilizes the best resources available to help them determine their short-term and long-term goals. Julie successfully markets luxury properties and is an expert in Sundance Resort properties. As a former teacher, Leslie has mastered the fine art of listening for subtleties and understanding complex issues. Since 2006, she has capitalized on those skills to bring buyers and sellers together in Utah’s real estate market. Leslie is a native of Utah Valley and has an in-depth knowledge of the area. She has an absolute commitment to meeting the highest expectations of her clients through hard work and innovative problem solving. Leslie also uses her teaching background in government and history to stay actively involved in community and civic affairs.
Sam believes his role as a real estate agent is to educate his clients so they can make wise decisions when buying, selling and investing in real estate. Maximizing one’s position is the objective of every buyer or seller in the marketplace and helping to achieve that end is Sam’s aim and purpose. Sam earned his undergraduate degree in history from Brigham Young University.
Pamela moved from Houston, Texas to Utah in 1996. After several years in the airline industry she decided to pursue her dream of earning her real estate license in 2002. Two years later, Pamela launched her second career as a real estate agent. She loves what she does, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Pamela is approachable, energetic and empathetic. She really listens to her clients, and makes their needs her priority. Her ultimate goal is to leave her clients happy and satisfied with their real estate decision.
Mike Wagner spent 25 years in the construction industry building million dollar homes, and another 8 dedicated to his real estate business. Due to his extensive knowledge and experience in the home building and financing process, Mike feels he can offer sound guidance to his clients. Further, Mike understands that purchasing or parting with a home – or worse, relocating to another state – can be extremely intimidating, and does his level best to always place his clients at ease, and their needs first. Born and raised in Utah, Gary’s interest in construction and remodeling began early in life, and after graduating from Brigham Young University he owned and operated a subcontracting business. This career path lasted for over fifteen years before he transitioned into sales in 2007 and then naturally progressed into real estate. Gary has an eye for quality workmanship, and an in-depth understanding of the housing and construction industry. He strives to offer the best of the best, and delights in finding the right deal for his clients – and seeing the look on their faces when they realize it too! Married for 32 years, Gary is blessed with 5 incredible children, and 5 even more amazing grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with them outdoors, hiking, camping, fishing and hunting, and is an avid golfer.
Wyatt Davis is a Utah native who has spent over 15 years living and working in resort destinations like prestigious Sundance, UT. At this location, made famous by Robert Redford, he experienced firsthand what Sundance has to offer – it’s myriad of recreational activities including an award winning skiing resort, hiking and biking trails for the beginner and seasoned athlete, and the majestic beauty that is Utah. Wyatt understands the importance of beauty and atmosphere as well as practicality and convenience when choosing a location to settle in. He works closely and patiently with his clients, more concerned about “getting it right” than pushing for a sale. As such he has built clientele based on friendship, trust and loyalty over the years, and works hard to maintain relationships that last. John’s fascination and passion for real estate began decades ago through residential construction and various investment properties. In fact his love of investing over the years gained him expert knowledge in all aspects of real estate. He has gained a critical understanding of market values, negotiations, contracting, financing, appraisals and inspections — all information he eagerly shares with his clients. As a result, transactions are smoother and more profitable, and far more enjoyable for his clients. John has been married to his wife Gail, a licensed agent herself, for 45 years, and she also shares his enthusiasm for real estate, working behind the scenes to ensure John’s clients complete satisfaction. Born in Illinois, John has lived most of his life in the West. Gail and John have resided in California, Hawaii, Washington and Utah while raising five children, and now enjoy 12 grandchildren. Utah is the crossroads for this family, who all enjoy Utah’s various aspects; the weather, canyons, biking, hiking, skiing, traveling, and all Utah has to offer. His hobbies include golf, photography and travel.
Aaron came to Utah from New Jersey to attend the prestigious Brigham Young University. It was here he met his wife Sara, with whom he has four children, two of which are adopted. As well as being a devoted family man and an advocate in the adoption process, Aaron is an entrepreneur at heart, having owned his own business that later evolved into his current real estate venture.
Aaron loves the thrill of offering the ultimate service experience. Whatever real estate turbulence may arise, he is well schooled in problem solving, and is an expert in negotiation. D.K. Drussel retired from his career in professional publishing in New York City and returned to his Utah roots in 2010. Joining his son Aaron in real estate was a natural career choice, and with excellent training he quickly became a perfect addition to the team. D.K. delights in consulting with clients and fulfilling their needs the only way he knows how, with integrity and hard work. D.K. appreciates the natural beauty of the west. While in college he led raft trips on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. He enjoys finding his clients the perfect home, in, of course, the perfect location. He and his wife Sue have been blessed with four sons and two daughters, and have ten grandchildren and counting!
Tracy has lived in Utah for the past 8 years, and loves the diversity of the state, its mountains, forests, deserts and plains, and the variety of recreational pastimes it has to offer. Dave wears many hats. He trains investors in real estate, he is an entrepreneur and business owner, and in between assisting clients in buying and selling their homes, builds the occasional property! His real love, however, is helping people find the right home for their family, and building and maintaining close relationships with his clients. Family life is important to Dave, and fortunately his wife Denise is also a realtor so he’s in the enviable position of being able to work alongside her each day. An avid outdoorsman, he loves participating in water sports in picturesque Utah locations like Lake Powell, hunting for deer and elk, and supporting his four children in their sports events.
Denise is a BYU grad who worked for many years in the medical field during which time she managed a busy doctor’s office. She placed her career on hold to raise four children while assisting her small business owner spouse, freeing him so he could pursue real estate. It was during this period she fell in love with the energy, pace and service aspect of real estate, and this fascination grew until she decided to gain her license. Denise enjoys meeting families, learning their dynamic, and aligning them with the right real estate opportunity. Her love of family, along with excellent people and organizational skills, make her a terrific choice if you’re in the market to buy or sell. Having lived in both the Salt Lake and Utah County areas she is familiar with the different neighborhoods in both of these markets. In her spare time Denise loves to read, garden, and cheer her kids on! She is also keen on the outdoor recreational activities Utah has to offer including biking, running, snow skiing and water skiing.
Lacy was born and raised in the “City of Trees,” beautiful Pleasant Grove, UT, a stone’s throw from where our office is located! She has a great love of the outdoors, and feels blessed to live within minutes of the mountains and the wide range of activities they have to offer. Lacy started her career in real estate as an assistant and transaction coordinator but quickly realized she had a passion for the business, and set her heart upon becoming an agent. She adores helping people with possibly the biggest purchase of their lives, finding it both thrilling and fulfilling. When Lacy isn’t out making home dreams a reality, she’s hiking, fishing and camping with her daughter.
Carl has lived in Utah County for over 30 years, and as a result, knows the neighborhoods inside and out. His knowledge of the area, and natural ability to quickly build a sincere rapport with people, led him into the field of real estate. Working alongside experienced agents at Coldwell Banker and Atlas Realty, Carl quickly learned the ropes, and has extensive knowledge of the industry. Brandon grew up in a small town in Texas where he learned the value of hard work, respect, and appreciation. Leaving Texas to attend Brigham Young University and the University of Utah, Brandon earned a B.S. in Urban, Rural, and Environmental Planning, and a Master’s in Public Administration. Despite receiving the education to become a City Planner and hands-on knowledge gained in helping operate his father’s custom homebuilding business, Brandon’s interest always lay in real estate. He loves the emotional investment, and enjoys applying his skills and knowledge to the field. He chose Influence Real Estate for its level of professionalism and dedication to serving its clients, and, although cliché, gets a thrill from helping people find the home of their dreams. Brandon enjoys water sports, especially wake surfing, rocking out on the guitar and drums, and being outside enjoying all that Utah has to offer. He is married with two beautiful little girls!
Tami is a SoCal girl with a sunny, sincere disposition, and a passion for homes. She’s always loved “house shopping” and “highlighting” a home, quickly understanding what her clients desire, and charging out there with energy and enthusiasm to find it. Years of real estate and community development experience is peppered with involvement in accounting and retail management. Growing up in California Tami watched her father, a brilliant builder and home designer, construct hillside mansions in Beverly Hills and remodel and transform small homes into the impossible. She loves the entire process, from what she terms, “Raw land to U-Haul.” Tami is a mother of twin daughters and a son, and grandmother to the “love of her life,” her grandson.
